By glencadia2I am the Administrative Director and have worked with Glencadia since 2018. I have been fortunate to be part of a growing business that now has two additional people in the department to assist in providing the best Customer Service ever, Bobbi and Beth. I thoroughly enjoy speaking daily with our many customers and ensuring they understand all we do here at Glencadia. My job is to ensure our customers are comfortable and knowledgeable about Glencadia before sending their favorite family member off for a country vacation while they travel. I also handle the logistics of our pick-up and delivery service, reservations, and all the ever-flowing changes that go along with our customer’s travel plans. I graduated from SUNY Empire State College with a Bachelor in Professional Studies. I worked as an Art Therapist, a Graphic Designer, and a Logistics Administrator. I have two children and four grandchildren who keep me busy outside of Glencadia.
