DocuSign Terms and Conditions

In order to book a reservation at Glencadia with the new reservation system, users will have to sign the terms and conditions through DocuSign. The definitive version of our terms and conditions is the version signed by the owner with a PDF copy delivered to the dog family and another copy to Glencadia. The process of signing in DocuSign should be automatic and simple. Review, sign, and return to glencadia.com: a few minutes at most.

The terms and conditions are written in plain English and are not long. Basically, we want to be clear about what boarding means and leave no ambiguity about various issues, from payments to liability to medicine to emergency medical care authorization.

Your signed PDF remains accessible in your glencadia.com portal. Thank you for participating in our new system.
